SISTER SOULCIAL
a personal & spiritual discovery group for women in Seward, Alaska that runs from September through April

what?
Sister Soulcial is a community for women in their 20s and 30s in Seward, AK who are interested and ready to explore a path of self-awareness and self-growth.
This group also provides a supportive and empowering network where women in the group seek support around their desired changes while also offering other women in the group support where they can.
The group is led by Samantha Case.
why?
The mission of the group is to foster meaningful connections among women in Seward and provide opportunities and resources for them to grow within a safe space and a supportive network.
I’ve come to see that women, especially in this community, crave opportunities for connection and personal growth but struggle to find places to do so outside of churches and bars.
I connect most with other women in the tender moments where we witness each other living from the soul. It takes courage, vulnerability, and the support of other soul sisters to live authentically. It's not an easy path, but it's one that's deeply fulfilling. We need each other as support in our efforts to pursue a healthy life.
when?
We meet twice per month on the first and third Sundays of every month.
First Get Together:
Sunday, September 5th
10am-12pm
Location to be announced

Sister Soulcial
The Flock is an online community of women in their 20s and 30s who are devoted to the spiritual path of self awareness, self growth, and self compassion. I connect most with other women in the tender moments where we witness each other living from the soul. It takes courage, vulnerability, and the support of other soul sisters to live authentically from your heart. It's not an easy path, but it's one that's deeply fulfilling. We need each other as support.
how?
Our meetings last for two hours and include an opening and closing short guided meditation, group discussion and sharing, and a main focus that changes each month. That might include a particular workshop, journaling and reflection exercises, speeches or lessons, group and individual activities, and more. We periodically bring in various female business owners and/or leaders in the community to lead workshops or discussion.
We would love if you were able to participate each month, but there’s no obligation that you must commit. We are very flexible and welcome you when you feel inclined to join!
We also have an online community (accessible by web or mobile app) where women in the group can continue to connect outside the monthly meetings. The hope is that women will plan get togethers with each other (hikes, anyone?), share inspirational content, and more.
