I realized today that what I have learned about "setting myself" up for success in writing can be applied to other things. Something I am working on constantly is keeping my space clean and organized. A touch of ADHD and depression has hindered me of late so I'm really trying to get back to fighting shape. I realized today if I put on a comfy but ok if it gets dirty outfit on, good Playlist, hydrating body armor & coconut water drink, and gather proper tools in a cleaning bucket I will have a better chance of achieving my goals. I used to clean with a cape or crown which was fun but not always comfortable. I will keep y'all updated. 😁 TGIF
