I'm currently in a Meditation Teacher program, and each month there's a different topic with teachings and journaling questions that go with it. This month's theme is forgiveness of others and self-forgiveness, so I spent 20 minutes today reflecting on the questions asked. It was nice to have the space to reflect on a particular topic.
PS-- for anyone who might be struggling to get 20 mins in, try a shorter amount that feels more do-able. Even 5 minutes is somethin! I'm inspired by all your posts and effort ☺️
