Last evening's Tarot Card Reading sparked thoughtful content for today's Journaling. I was dealt, or did I chose, "The Devil." This card, among other interpretations, "represents being seduced by the material world and physical pleasures," shadow self, immediate gratification, egomania, sexuality, addictions.
I believe the Tarot offers a framework to reflect on our experiences and interactions with the world. The Devil reminds me to stay on track, eliminate distractions, and indulge when it's earned.
