This 6-week course supports women in their 20s and 30s as they navigate transitions, pressures, anxiety, burnout, and uncertainties around career, relationships, identity, and life direction. Through mindfulness and meditation, participants learn to manage anxiety, step out of overthinking and self-criticism, ground in the body, relate to emotions with balance, and cultivate self-compassion—all skills that foster clarity, resilience, and self-trust. The course also focuses on bringing these practices into daily life, helping women live with presence, intention, and kindness toward themselves amidst the demands of modern society. Through this course, participants can expect to: + Feel held in a safe, welcoming community + Learn simple, practical tools to navigate anxiety and overthinking + Cultivate resilience and clarity in the face of life’s challenges + Gain insight into one’s emotions and thoughts and how to relate to them wisely + Develop practices to nurture self-compassion + Integrate mindfulness into everyday life in a meaningful way + Each session includes guided meditations, short teachings, mindful movement, journaling and self-reflection, and space for meaningful group discussion. To get the most out of this series, plan to attend each session and set aside at least 5 minutes a day for meditation. You’ll be supported in bringing these practices into daily life with weekly resources and guidance to deepen your journey beyond class. All props & materials will be provided.
